The INSME Annual Meeting
2006 is dedicated to any stakeholder dealing with issues related to
innovation, technology transfer, research, SME competitiveness and globalisation
challenges in the knowledge economy.
Typologies of participants include:
INSME Association Members
They are entitled to take part in all the meetings, networking events and social occasions foreseen for this 3-day event:
- INSME Board Meeting, INSME Association General Assembly and Welcome
Cocktail (Monday, April 24, 2006);
- International Conference on “Boosting Innovation by
Bridging the Knowledge Gap: a Developer-User Approach”
and Networking Cocktail (Tuesday, April 25, 2006);
- Visits to technological and scientific centres in the Montevideo
area (Wednesday, April 26, 2006).
Participation
for INSME Association Members is free of charge.
INSME non-Members
This typology of organisations include:
- INSME Advisory Group Delegates;
- INSME Partners (organisations with whom INSME has
made an agreement in order to develop synergies, exchange know how
and cooperate with INSME and its Members to gain mutual benefits:

- Bodies eligible for membership in the INSME Association:
› Ministries and Governmental
Bodies;
› International Organisations
and International Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs);
› Networks and associations
of Intermediaries/business support organisations;
› Individual Intermediaries/business

- Individual experts, professionals and practitioners;
- SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) and large
companies;
- Media representatives.
The above mentioned categories can register to participate to the following
activities:
- Welcome Cocktail (Monday, April 24, 2006);
- International Conference on “Boosting Innovation by
Bridging the Knowledge Gap: a Developer-User Approach”;

- Visits to technological and scientific centres in the Montevideo

Participation fee for INSME non-Members is:
- free for Uruguayan participants and for media
representatives;
- 200 Euro for those delegates coming from OECD
countries;
- 100 Euro for those delegates coming from non-OECD
countries.
