The International Network for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises - INSME is a non profit Association open to international membership. Its mission is to stimulate transnational cooperation and public and private partnership in the field of innovation and technology transfer to SMEs.

CEGETEC is a programme of the Chamber of Industries of Uruguay, aiming at promoting management capacity and technological innovation among enterprises, as well as supporting them in reaching international market.

 

 

CIU — Chamber of Industries of Uruguay

CIU, the Chamber of Industries of Uruguay, is the national entrepreneurial organisation representing the country's industrial sector. It has been established with the aim of promoting and defending the interests of national industries before public or private national, regional and international bodies. Beside organising activities aimed at stimulating and consolidating the national entrepreneurial development, CIU offers tailored services to its members and industrialists in general.

IPI (Italian Institute for Industrial Promotion) is a governmental agency working under the auspices and following the guidelines of the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities. To this end, IPI provides technical assistance and training to the central and local public administration and to partner Countries' Governments in arranging, planning, implementing and managing sectoral and factoral policies, aid policies and measures, EU programmes and initiatives, technology transfer networks and bilateral and multilateral international cooperation processes.

The Italian Ministry of Productive Activities is responsible for handling Italian government policies in the following areas: business development, general condition for enterprise growth, innovation, tourism, commerce, energy and information technology.
