24 countries, about 200 representatives of organisations operating in the field of innovation and technology transfer, and 28 speakers gathered at the NH Columbia Hotel in Montevideo and gave their views on how to boost innovation by way of favouring the diffusion of knowledge among culturally and geographically distant players.
